Weightloss

The first step is to physically change how I look. I suppose in a way that's the easy part, doesn't take much thought just a physical change of how I look. The difficult part is changing emotionally, creating this knew personality...I guess it's more like developing it. But that's another story for another time.
I think that I would like to be thinner...much thinner, I want to look drastically different, I want to be someone else...

  • won't feel bad about myself
  • attention...show people how strong I can be
Live your life like each day is the only one you have left, be the person you want to be.
Don't give in to the temptation, you have your whole life to fulfill the, challenge yourself for a bit-see what you can really do.

This schedule is to get me to my 135 lbs. goal which means I have to lose about 23 lbs. over the course of this time.

Two cliff bars a day: If I can have the willpower to stick to this starting today May 6th until May 22nd then I will achieve many things with my horse Sharubi, if I fall off track then I won't get what I want most...
